This initiative will serve veterans through creative and community-centered programming.

Programs may include veteran art workshops, free or subsidized art supplies, veteran artist showcases, creative entrepreneurship education, community exhibitions, art classes, mentorship, creative career development, and partnerships with established veteran-serving organizations.

A signature program can be:

• The Veterans Canvas Project

Veterans participate in professionally facilitated creative workshops and produce original artwork reflecting their experiences, identities, hopes, communities, and personal stories.

Selected work can be presented through an annual ANIMA Veterans Exhibition.

The program can also create opportunities for participating veteran artists to learn about portfolios, pricing, exhibitions, commissions, licensing, and selling artwork.

Participation in charitable programming would never require a veteran to sign with Visus Studios Production Co.

2. Spectrum Creative Initiative

Every Mind Creates Differently.

This initiative will provide sensory-conscious and adaptive creative opportunities for autistic children and young people.

Programs may include sensory-friendly art workshops, adaptive art supplies, creative-expression programs, family art days, art scholarships, community exhibitions, accessible creative spaces, school and autism-center partnerships, and grants for qualifying families or organizations.

A signature program can be:

Children are provided with adaptive materials and an environment designed to encourage creative exploration without requiring every participant to communicate, learn, or create in the same way.

The program celebrates individuality rather than attempting to change autistic children.

Selected artwork may be showcased—with appropriate parent or guardian permission—through community exhibitions celebrating each participant’s creativity

Art With Purpose

Visus Studios Production Co. and ANIMA SPEAKS FOUNDATION can collaborate on an annual fundraising art experience bringing together:

Veteran artists • Autistic young creators • Visus artists • Collectors • Corporate sponsors • Hotels

• Designers • Developers • Community partners

The event could feature original art, a fundraising auction, sponsored installations, veteran artwork, youth artwork, corporate sponsorships, artist demonstrations, and donor experiences.

Net charitable proceeds designated for the Foundation would support its charitable programs.

CORPORATE GIVING

The Foundation can develop partnerships with hotels, corporations, developers, interior-design firms, restaurants, entertainment companies, healthcare organizations, veteran organizations, autism organizations, and other community partners.

Corporate partners could sponsor a Spectrum Through Art workshop, Veterans Canvas Project, adaptive art kits, veteran exhibitions, community installations, scholarships, annual fundraising events, or entire program seasons.

HOW VISUS STUDIOS AND THE FOUNDATION WORK TOGETHER

Visus Studios Production Co.

For-profit commercial art company.

Sells artwork and services, represents artists, manages commissions, licensing, commercial installations, art leasing, hospitality projects, corporate projects, exhibitions, and creative production.

ANIMA SPEAKS FOUNDATION

Separate charitable organization.

Receives charitable contributions, applies for grants, operates charitable programs, establishes community partnerships, and measures charitable impact.

The organizations should maintain separate bank accounts, accounting records, payment processing, governance, contracts, and financial reporting.

Any transaction between Visus Studios and VISUS Cares Foundation should be properly documented, approved under an appropriate conflict-of-interest process, and conducted on terms consistent with the Foundation’s charitable interests.

IMPACT GOALS

ANIMA SPEAKS FOUNDATION should measure impact rather than simply measuring donations.

Annual reporting can track participating veterans, autistic children and families served, workshops provided, adaptive art kits distributed, scholarships or grants awarded, community partners, volunteer hours, exhibitions produced, veteran artists supported, program spending, and geographic communities reached.
